We are very excited to bring you the 2025 UAA's System Utility Vegetation Managers Summit in beautiful Kalispell, Montana alongside our host utilities Bonneville Power Administration & Flathead Electric  

This program is an invitation only event that is tailored exclusively to those that work for electric utilities and who are system level managers with responsibilities and experience in developing and managing the entire scope of their company’s vegetation management program. 

The event is comprised of two and a half (2-1/2) full days of intense, hands-on learning with colleagues from across the country.
Breakout sessions allow open conversation, brainstorming and critical thinking that will allow attendees to bring back intuitive ideas, concepts, and solutions to their organizations.  

Being that the event is an invite only event, if you feel you meet the criteria mentioned above, and are currently employed (not contracted) by a utility as a System Utility Vegetation Manager; please email us at office@gotouaa.org to discuss receiving an invitation / registration link.

Registration: 

• Registration opens December 11, 2024 
• Registrations closes on March 19th, 2025 at 5pm CST
• No onsite registration is available 
• In person meeting only / no virtual option available 
• Space is limited to 50 people 
• Once at capacity registration will close if before March 19th, 2025

Cancelation Policy:

• Full refund minus an $85.00 admin fee will be given if cancelation is emailed to office@gotouaa.org by 5pm CT on April 1, 2025
• No refunds will be given after this date & time as all final attendee information must be turned in for security purposes as well as head counts for food & beverage. 

Cost to attend is $600.00 per person and your registration fee includes the following: 

• The full 2-1/2 days of hands-on learning
• ISA CEU's
• CTSP CEU's (if applicable) 
• All Meals/Beverages throughout the summit
• Private networking dinner on May 14,2025 (location will be share at registration) 
  •  Full happy hour, 3 course meal and peer to peer time from 5pm to 9:30 pm 
• One-year UAA membership
